Routinely is a tool designed to assist users in establishing, tracking, comprehending, and being more mindful of their daily routines. By utilizing Routinely, individuals can efficiently define goals for various tasks and habits that comprise their day, subsequently monitoring the accomplishment of said goals. The platform offers notification capabilities to prompt goal completion and features a history view for retrospective analysis.
Each goal within Routinely includes a name, an optional abbreviation (which supports emojis for added personalization), and a specified target time. Goals can entail alternative target times for varying days of the week or be set relative to other goals. The platform calculates the average completion time for each goal and highlights completion streaks. Users have the option to generate custom goals or select from a library of suggestions.
Routinely leverages 3D Touch functionality, when available, to streamline the process of creating new goals and marking the 'most recent' and 'next upcoming' goals as completed. Features commonly used with each goal can be accessed by swiping, while Pop/Peek allows for a quick overview of goal details. Additionally, users can search for goals using spotlight search.
Furthermore, Routinely offers a "Current Goals" widget that displays recent and upcoming goals for swift access and visibility.
